Biography

Mrs. Schatz retired in 2021 from Penn National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company where she served as chief information officer and vice president of information technology and in various other information technology management roles for 20 years. During her tenure at Penn National Insurance, Mrs. Schatz was responsible for development and execution of strategies for areas including technology architecture, enterprise data management, predictive analytics, cloud and digital technologies, and business intelligence as well as the company's cybersecurity program.
