Kevin G. Burke, President and Chief Executive Officer

Kevin G. Burke was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Donegal Group Inc. in 2015. He has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company since 2014 and held the same position for Donegal Group Inc. from 2014 to 2015. He served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Donegal Mutual and Senior Vice President of Donegal Group Inc. from 2005 to 2014. He served as Vice President of Human Resources of Donegal Mutual from 2001 to 2005 and in other positions from 2000 to 2001.

Jeffrey D. Miller, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Jeffrey D. Miller was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Donegal Group Inc. in 2014. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Donegal Mutual and Donegal Group Inc. from 2005 to 2014. He served as Vice President and Controller of Donegal Mutual and Donegal Group Inc. from 2000 to 2005. He also served in various other positions in Donegal Mutual and Donegal Group Inc. from 1993 to 2005.

Kristi S. Altshuler, Senior Vice President

Kristi S. Altshuler has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Analytics Officer of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company since 2019 and Senior Vice President and Chief Analytics Officer of Donegal Group Inc. since 2020.

W. Daniel DeLamater, Senior Vice President

W. Daniel DeLamater has served as Senior Vice President and Head of Field Operations & National Accounts of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Senior Vice President of Donegal Group Inc. since 2022. He served as Senior Vice President of National Accounts for Donegal Mutual Insurance Company from 2020 to 2022. DeLamater has also served as the President of Southern Mutual Insurance Company, a member company of the Donegal Insurance Group, since 2016 and in other positions at Southern Mutual from 2000 to 2015.

William A. Folmar, Senior Vice President

William A. Folmar has served as Senior Vice President of Claims of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Senior Vice President of Donegal Group Inc. since 2019. From 1998 to 2019, he served as Vice President of Claims of Donegal Mutual.

Jeffery T. Hay, Senior Vice President

Jeffery T. Hay has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Senior Vice President of Donegal Group Inc. since 2021.

Christina M. Hoffman, Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer

Christina M. Hoffman has served as Senior Vice President of Internal Audit of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Senior Vice President of Donegal Group Inc. since 2013. From 2009 to 2013, she served as Vice President of Internal Audit of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Vice President of Donegal Group Inc.

Matthew T. Hudnall, Senior Vice President

Matthew T. Hudnall has served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lines of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Senior Vice President of Donegal Group Inc. since 2022.

Sanjay Pandey, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Sanjay Pandey was named Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Donegal Group Inc. in 2013. From 2009 to 2013, he served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Donegal Group Inc. From 2000 to 2009, he held various other positions with Donegal Mutual Insurance Company.

David W. Sponic, Senior Vice President

David W. Sponic has served as Senior Vice President of Personal Lines of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Senior Vice President of Donegal Group Inc. since 2022. He served as Vice President of Personal Lines of Donegal Mutual from 2008 to 2022 and in other positions from 1990 to 2008.

V. Anthony Viozzi, Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer

V. Anthony Viozzi has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Donegal Group Inc. since 2012. He served as Vice President of Investments of Donegal Mutual and Donegal Group from 2007 to 2012.

Robert R. Long Jr., Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Robert R. Long Jr. has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company since 2018 and of Donegal Group Inc. since 2019. He served as Vice President and House Counsel of Donegal Mutual from 2012 to 2018 and as Assistant Vice President from 2010 to 2012.

Daniel J. Wagner, Senior Vice President and Treasurer

Daniel J. Wagner has served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Donegal Group Inc. since 2005. He served as Vice President and Treasurer of Donegal Mutual and Donegal Group Inc. from 2000 to 2005. He also served on various other positions of Donegal Mutual and Donegal Group Inc. from 1993 to 2005.

David B. Bawel, Vice President

David B. Bawel has served as Vice President, Financial Reporting and Analysis of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Vice President of Donegal Group Inc. since 2018. He served as Assistant Vice President of Internal Audit of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company from 2012 to 2018.

Jason M. Crumbling, Vice President and Controller

Jason M. Crumbling has served as Vice President and Controller of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Vice President of Donegal Group Inc. since 2010. He served as Assistant Vice President and Controller of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Assistant Vice President of Donegal Group Inc. from 2006 to 2010 and in other positions since 2003.

Karen L. Groff, Vice President and Assistant Treasurer

Karen L. Groff has served as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Donegal Group Inc. since 2018. She served as Assistant Vice President and Assistant Controller of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company from 2016 to 2018 and in other positions since 2014.

Sheri O. Smith has served as Vice President and Secretary of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Donegal Group Inc. since 2013 and in other positions since 1979.

Scott A. Berlucchi

Mr. Berlucchi has been president and chief executive officer of Auburn Memorial Hospital, Auburn, New York since 2007. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Berlucchi was president and chief executive officer of Elk Regional Health System in St. Mary’s, Pennsylvania. During 2003 and 2004, Mr. Berlucchi was chief executive officer of Lancaster Urological Group. For eight years prior thereto, Mr. Berlucchi was president and chief executive officer of the Susquehanna Division of Lancaster General Hospital. Mr. Berlucchi has been a director of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company since 2013.

Dennis J. Bixenman

Mr. Bixenman retired in 2012 after serving as vice president and senior consultant of Williams & Company Consulting, Inc., an environmental and business consulting firm with its headquarters in Sioux City, Iowa.

Jack L. Hess

Mr. Hess has been a certified public accountant for more than 40 years. He became a partner in Hess & Hess, certified public accountants, in 1982 and was the managing partner of that firm from 1998 to 2010. Effective January 1, 2011, Hess & Hess merged with Bertz & Co. and began operating under the name Bertz, Hess & Co., LLP. Mr. Hess retired from that firm in 2015. He has been a director of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company since 2009 and a director of Conestoga Title Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Donegal Mutual, since 2006.

Barry C. Huber

Mr. Huber practiced for over 35 years as a certified public accountant with the Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based public accounting firm Trout, Ebersole & Groff, LLP, for which he served as managing partner from 1998 to 2010. He retired from that firm in 2012. He served as a director of Union National Financial Corporation and Union National Community Bank from 2006 until 2011. Since Donegal Financial Services Corporation acquired Union National Financial Corporation in 2011, Mr. Huber has served as a director and chairman of the audit committee of the board of directors of Union Community Bank.

David Charles King

Mr. King has served as the president and chief executive officer of Horst Insurance, a Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based independent insurance agency, since 2005 and served in various leadership positions within that agency from 1995 to 2005. Mr. King also serves as the corporate risk manager for Horst Group, Inc., the parent company of Horst Insurance, and has served on the board of directors of that entity since 2005. Mr. King has supported the insurance industry and the Lancaster, Pennsylvania community through his participation in various insurance industry associations, representation on agency advisory boards for several insurance companies and service on numerous boards of directors.

Kevin M. Kraft Sr.

Mr. Kraft has served as a director since December 2009. Mr. Kraft has been the chief executive officer of Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, Columbia, Pennsylvania since 1995. Mr. Kraft served as a director of Central Savings and Loan Association in Columbia, Pennsylvania from 1980 to 1992. After Farmers First Bank acquired Central Savings and Loan Association, Mr. Kraft served as a member of the regional board of Farmers First Bank. Mr. Kraft currently serves on the board of directors of a Lancaster County-based water utility, Conestoga Title Insurance Company and UCB. Mr. Kraft is also registered as an insurance agent with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Kraft has been a director of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company since 2003.

Jon M. Mahan

Mr. Mahan has been a managing director in the Investment Banking Division of Stifel Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated and, previously, Legg Mason Wood Walker, Incorporated, prior to the acquisition of the Legg Mason Capital Markets Division by Stifel Nicolaus on December 1, 2005. Mr. Mahan joined Legg Mason in 1996 and served as a principal from 2001 to 2004.

S. Trezevant Moore Jr.

Mr. Moore has served as a managing director of Promontory Financial Group since October 2015. Mr. Moore served as an executive vice president of FirstKey Mortgage, LLC, a subsidiary of Cerberus, from October 2014 to October 2015. Mr. Moore served as a managing director in the securities unit of The Royal Bank of Scotland from October 2012 to October 2014. From March 2010 until October 2012, Mr. Moore served as senior vice president, Strategic Investment Group, of The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. From May 2008 to November 2008, Mr. Moore served as a consultant to a medical malpractice insurance company. From November 2008 to March 2010, Mr. Moore served as a consultant to an interest rate risk management company. Prior thereto, Mr. Moore was president and chief executive officer of Luminent Mortgage Capital, Inc., or Luminent, from May 2007 to May 2008 and was president and chief operating officer of Luminent from March 2005 to May 2007. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Moore was executive vice president, Capital Markets, of Radian Guaranty, Inc., or Radian. Prior to his service at Radian, Mr. Moore held several senior level positions in the mortgage industry, including at First Union National Bank from 1997 to 2000.

Annette B. Szady

Mrs. Szady is a certified public accountant and served as the director of the bureau of financial examinations within the office of corporate and financial regulation of the Pennsylvania Insurance Department from 2011 to 2016. For 20 prior years, Mrs. Szady served in various financial leadership positions, including 15 years as the vice president and chief financial officer, for the largest writer of professional liability insurance for physicians in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Richard D. Wampler II

Mr. Wampler is a certified public accountant and served as a principal of the accounting firm of Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz from 1998 to 2005. For 28 prior years, Mr. Wampler was a partner in the accounting firm of KPMG LLP. His practice focused on property and casualty insurance companies. Mr. Wampler is also a member of the subscribers advisory committee of the third largest medical professional liability insurer in Pennsylvania.
